Brady Souza had a vision. To build a team of exceptionally trained racehorses. What began as one winning idea soon ignited a passion across the family. His sister Peyton stepped in as the strategist, dreaming each night of perfecting their next move. In recent years, baby Quinn has taken the reins on operations and team spirit—her rallying cries echo both on and off the fan zone!

HORSE TRAINER
Kathleen O’Connell is a record-breaking Thoroughbred horse trainer based in Florida, widely recognized as the "winningest female trainer" in North American racing history. With a career spanning over five decades, Kathleen began her journey in Detroit before moving to Florida, where her passion and dedication quickly established her as a dominant force in the state’s racing circuit.

She has since won more than 2,000 races, including graded stakes with Blazing Sword, Ivanavinalot, Fly By Phil and 2011 Kentucky Derby entrant Watch Me Go. O'Connell also conditioned Lady Shipman to a second-place finish in the 2015 Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint. On Sept. 12, 2018, O'Connell recorded her milestone 2,000th career victory with Wishful Quality at Delaware Park.
